Ms. Miller’s experience in probate and estate planning began with interning for Judge Aaron Persky in the Probate Court of Superior Court of Santa Clara County. She has extensive experience in planning and drafting of comprehensive estate plans. Having previously practiced in personal injury litigation in Silicon Valley, Ms. Miller has substantial knowledge in litigation and the reasons for avoiding probate.

Our office is conveniently based out of the Poway in San Diego County. However, nearly all our entire process is complete virtually! The only time we meet in person is to sign your Estate Plan!
