Founding Attorney

Ms. Miller is a dedicated attorney whose commitment to service has remained steadfast. Ms. Miller, though raised in Nevada, has always considered San Diego home. Having attended the University of California, San Diego for undergrad, Ms. Miller was determined to return to San Diego after attending Law School in Northern California.

As a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, Ms. Miller was admitted to the California Bar in December 2019. Ms. Miller began her career in Personal Injury advocating for the rights of individuals who sustained catastrophic injury or wrongful death, bringing a litigation focused mindset to Estate Planning.

Ms. Miller’s passion for Estate Planning and helping her community began before attending Law School when she volunteered with pro bono legal clinics for veterans across Northern Nevada with Nevada Legal Services. Ms. Miller attended and assisted attorneys in interviewing clients and drafting of Estate Plans. In this experience, she found a passion for Estate Planning and working with families to navigate these emotional and challenging situations.

During Law School, Ms. Miller was a Judicial Intern for Judge Aaron Persky in Superior Court of Santa Clara County Probate Court. Additionally, Ms. Miller worked at a personal injury/catastrophic injury law firm advocating for the rights and interests of those most severely injured. She brings a knowledge and skillset founded in litigation to her Estate Planning. Prior to opening her own practice she worked as an associate attorney for a boutique estate planning practice in San Diego.

Ms. Miller has dedicated her time to an area of a deep passion for her - Animals. She was the founder and co-president of the Animal Law Society at Santa Clara University School of Law in partnership with the Animal Legal Defense Fund. She continues to pursue this interest in her practice by incorporating Pet Sub Trusts into her Estate Plans.

Having returned to San Diego with her husband and two dogs, Ms. Miller dedicates her practice to estate planning while providing comprehensive estate planning to the San Diego Community. She dedicates her time to her community by volunteering at free legal clinics in support of victims of domestic violence. Her focus is to provide expert-level service at affordable rates. Her goals are to ensure that your assets are protected, and your animals are accounted for in all planning. She looks forward to assisting those in the San Diego area for years to come.
